Negative reinforcement tables are included within this manual as follows : -
• 30 minute FRR tables for live loadings of 1.5kPa, 3.0kPa, 4.0kPa and 5.0kPa are included within the main manual body for end span and interior span conditions. The designer is able to utilize these table for both double span and multiple span situations.
• These tables are to be also used where no fire ratings are required as they include the minimum temperature effects on negative reinforcement capacities.
• 30 minute FRR tables have been included since it would appear that the majority of cases considered in the HERA report for 30minute fire ratings (refer section 11.8) are simply supported , and not continuous. These tables ensure that continuous slabs will also comply with a 30 minute FRR rating.
