Vibration design

As the design of slabs become more economical, an increasingly important consideration is the vibration characteristics inherent in the floor. The analysis of this becomes particularly difficult when considering the serviceability of the tray floor separately, since the vibration of a floor generally depends on the combination of the floor, secondary joist members, and the floors primary beams.
